1. General

1.1. GL Balance

Cumulative general ledger balance up to the current date, using the last exchange rate.

1.2. GL Change

Net change in general ledger amounts during the period, using the last exchange rate.

1.3. GL Credit Amount

Total credit amounts in general ledger entries, using the last exchange rate.

1.4. GL Debit Amount

Total debit amounts in general ledger entries, using the last exchange rate.

1.5. GL Opening Balance

The balance at the start of the period, calculated as current balance minus changes.

1.6. GL VAT Amount

Total VAT amounts in general ledger entries, using the last exchange rate.

1.7. No. of GL Entries

Count of distinct general ledger entries.

1.8. GL Change / Budget Index YTD

YTD ratio of GL changes to budgeted amounts.

1.9. GL Change Budget Variance YTD

YTD difference between GL changes and budgeted amounts.

2. Bank Account

2.1. Bank Account Balance (PCY)

Cumulative bank account ledger balance up to the current date, in the bank account currency.

2.2. Bank Account Change (PCY)

Net change in general ledger amounts during the period, in the bank account currency.

2.3. Bank Account Credit Amount (PCY)

Total credit amounts in general ledger entries, in the bank account currency.

2.4. Bank Account Debit Amount (PCY)

Total debit amounts in general ledger entries, in the bank account currency.

2.5. Bank Account Opening Balance (PCY)

The balance at the start of the period, calculated as current balance minus changes, in the bank account currency.

3.1. GL Budget Amount

Total budgeted amount for general ledger accounts, using the last exchange rate.

3.2. GL Change / Budget Index

The ratio of actual GL changes to budgeted amounts, measuring performance against budget.

3.3. GL Change Budget Variance

The difference between actual GL changes and budgeted amounts.
